For several weeks now since the launch of my website http://christianemotionalhealing I’ve been reading and learning how to optimise my site in Google. It’s been an enjoyable and challenging learning curve, a world of discovery involving Indexing, Site Maps, Meta Tags and Yoast.
There are loads of companies out there who charge a huge amount of money for doing this however as this wasn’t a viable option I kept going and can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. A special thank you goes to a lady called Kathryn at http://www.writingspirit.co.uk/ who freely gave me some her time to overlook my efforts and do some minor tweaking. What a blessing that God directed me to this lady, nothing ever happens by accident with God.
Optimisation is derived from the 19th century Latin word optimus meaning ” Best ” with this in mind I started to reflect just how as believers we can be “optimised” in serving the Lord. Smith Wigglesworth realised that to be effectively used by God for the healing ministry his carnal nature needed to be broken. He said “These things will come to us when we come to a place of brokenness, of surrender, of wholehearted yieldedness, where we decrease but where God has come to increase; and where we dwell and live in him”
I believe to be optimised for any ministry for Jesus we need to experience this brokenness, pushing through to the death of our old Adam in order to gain the supernatural life in living for Christ. It’s only by this death can we move into victorious life in the spirit. Only then the Lord can effectively use us for the ministry of his calling.
I located this article whilst writing this blog and feel it offers relevant insight on this subject of brokenness.
Dear sisters and brothers do not ever under-estimate what The Holy Spirit can do for you once we yield ourselves completely to him. As Smith Wigglesworth used to say just “Dare to believe”
